In recent times, biophilic design has earned prestigious recognition worldwide. The award-winning
WOHA Architects is one of the pioneers of this movement. Among its impressive portfolio includes
Newton Suites, PARKROYAL on Pickering, owned by UOL, and Oasia Hotel Downtown. The two hotels
won coveted awards by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH), a global authority
on tall buildings and future cities. Both hotels were lauded for the integration of greenery into their
surroundings which have consistently drawn visitors.
UOL and WOHA will also include biophilic design for The Tre Ver, where nature will surround the
buildings, even on the upper floors, and bring the outdoors literally to the homeowner’s door.
Blessed with over 200m of Kallang River frontage, The Tre Ver’s lush landscaping will blend
seamlessly with the waterfront promenade, providing residents with a perfect environment to fulfil
their innate desire to connect with nature. Through proximity with nature, The Tre Ver promises to
